VLC 0.9.0 OS support

Release

The release of 0.9.0 is closer, and we have many nice stuff to show.

However I have sad news for old OSes:

We are dropping support for:

  • Mac OS X.3 (panther)
  • Windows 98/ME (Windows 2000 is needed now)
  • BeOS
